Lentoria is a new residential development that will go on sale in Lentor Hills Estate. This new private housing development is located in a quiet neighborhood that consists of landed homes as well as some low to mid-rise private properties.

With a land size of 244,557 sqft and plot ratio of 2.1, this new development is able to build up to a level of 19 storey for the High-Rise zone and up to 8 storey for the Low-Rise zone fronting the Lentor Hills Road.
